First Date Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in Hardin Valley, TN and surrounding areas including Knoxville, Karns, and Farragut. Our services include but are not limited to interior detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and monthly maintenance memberships. All services are performed at your location by our mobile detailing team.
Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone at (980) 899-7927, or through our online booking system. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information and vehicle details. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and additional services requested. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
By providing your phone number and booking a service with First Date Detailing, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your appointment, including booking confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and review requests. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us at jun@firstdatedetailing.com.
We will not use your phone number for unsolicited marketing messages without your prior consent. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
First Date Detailing takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during the detailing process. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, chips, rust, or mechanical issues. We recommend disclosing any known damage before service begins.
Our liability for any damage caused during service is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
While we strive to deliver exceptional results, the outcome of our detailing services depends on the current condition of your vehicle. Heavily neglected vehicles, deep stains, permanent paint damage, or other severe conditions may not be fully correctable. We will communicate realistic expectations before beginning any service.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will work with you to make it right.
